- VO2 Max Testing and Gait Assessment
- Resting Metabolism Testing and discussion
- In class assessment and instruction on running cadence and form
- Practical Techniques on Running Mobility, Stability, and Recovery drills
- Lectures on Running Mechanics and training in various Heart Rate zones
- Workshops outside in the field running on flat and hilly terrain

Friday is designated for testing, Saturday is all-day with classroom instruction and application in the morning with workouts in the afternoon.

Bring clothes to workout and run.
