We are now a Hyrox Affiliated Gym! If you're looking at competing in Hyrox or wanting to add it as part of your training, these classes are for you! Official Hyrox Programming in all classes and a chance to work on your endurance for these longer style events! Expect to be running, rowing, sleds and plenty of wallballs! All coached by our experienced team.

Jodie and Hannah set up their fitness classes online in the first lockdown to help keep people happy and motivated with their training! The response far exceeded their expectations, meaning they now are able to run live “Bootcamp” style classes at the gym suitable for anyone and everyone who wants to come to a fun, friendly fitness class and get a great workout in! We love people to be happy, that’s the bottom line. If people can come to a class, see their friends, get in a tough workout, and leave feeling happier than when they came in....we’re doing our job right.
