The SCF 28 Day Reset is a 4-week coached training programme designed to help you get back into routine, build strength, improve fitness, and feel better in yourself.
This plan includes:
• 3 coached sessions per week
• Access to our private South Coast Fitness studio
• Small group training with professional coaching and guidance
• Flexible session times across mornings, evenings and Saturdays
• Structure, support and accountability for the full 28 days
Available session times include:
Weekdays: 6:00am, 9:30am and 6:30pm
Saturdays: 8:30am and 9:30am
Once you have completed payment, you’ll be able to download the TeamUp app, view the full timetable and book onto the sessions that work best for you.
This is ideal if you feel like you need a reset, want to get back into a consistent routine, or need proper coaching and accountability to get started again.
This plan runs for 28 days from your start date (your first booked session) and includes up to 3 sessions per week.
