6-Week Foundations Programme – How It Works
The 6-Week Foundations Programme is designed to give you a structured, coached introduction to training at South Coast Fitness, while establishing the routines and standards that support long-term progress.
Session Access
You can attend up to 3 coached group training sessions per week
You may book any sessions on the timetable, subject to availability
Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance
Booking & Attendance
To ensure sessions run smoothly and fairly for everyone:
Bookings close 10 hours before a session starts
Any session not booked before this time will be unavailable
Cancellations
Sessions must be cancelled at least 23 hours before the session start time
Cancellations made within 23 hours will result in the session being forfeited
Forfeited sessions are not refunded or reallocated
SCF Coaching Membership – 12 Months
The SCF Coaching Membership is designed for people who want consistent, coached training and long-term progress — not short-term fixes or drop-in sessions.
What’s Included
Access to up to 3 coached group training sessions per week
Structured strength and conditioning sessions delivered by experienced coaches
Clear programming and progression over time
A professional, supportive training environment focused on long-term health
Coaching standards that prioritise movement quality, consistency, and sustainability
This membership is about building habits, strength, and confidence over time — not rushing results.
<hr>Booking & Attendance Guidelines
South Coast Fitness is a coached training facility, not a drop-in gym. To ensure fairness and coaching quality for everyone, the following policies apply:
Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance
Bookings close 10 hours before a session starts
Any session not booked before this cut-off will be unavailable
Cancellations
Sessions must be cancelled at least 23 hours before the session start time
Cancellations within 23 hours will result in a £10 accountability charge
This is not a penalty — it exists to:
Support consistency
Prevent blocked spaces in busy sessions
Ensure fair access for members on the waitlist
If someone does not attend a booked session, it prevents another committed member from training. These guidelines help protect the training environment for everyone.
<hr>Membership Term & Notice Period
This is a 12-month coaching membership
Once the 12 months are completed, one full calendar month’s notice is required to end the membership
Notice must be given between the 1st and 4th of the month
Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-month
Example:
If your 12-month term ends in March, notice must be submitted between 1st–4th March, with your final active month running through April.
If notice is not given within this window, the membership will continue on the same terms.

Join us for an exclusive coaching session designed to elevate your understanding of muscle engagement and optimize your workouts. Unlike typical group sessions, this intimate experience is limited to just 6 participants, allowing for personalized guidance and focused instruction. Held approximately once a month, this session is your opportunity to dive deep into the intricacies of bodybuilding and muscle mechanics.
During this unique coaching experience, you'll learn how to maximise muscle contractions by understanding the position of your joints and how they influence tension throughout the movement. We will cover essential topics, including the importance of grip and hand positioning to ensure you’re not only lifting effectively but also safely. You’ll gain clarity on what sensations to focus on during each exercise and how to fully contract your muscles to achieve optimal results.
Say goodbye to wasting energy through your joints and hello to a more efficient workout. By the end of this session, you’ll leave with practical techniques and newfound confidence to apply in your training, making every rep count! This will transform your approach to bodybuilding
After payment is confirmed, Lee will be in contact to book you in for a treatment. Please have a few times and dates ready that suit you.
Our coach will meet you before your session, explain what to expect and answer any questions you may have.
Enjoy your session and after, if you finish you can sign up and become apart of the SCF team. If its not for you then we can leave the door open for when you are ready.
