1-2-1 personal training is a service that LTC is built on. We pride ourselves on getting to know each individual PT client and understanding their specific needs, experience and goals. We have an exceptionally experienced team of personal trainers who will use their knowledge and expertise to help you get the best from yourself.

Every PT session will be catered towards your individual goals whether that’s weight loss/gain, fat loss, building muscle, injury prevention/rehabilitation, sport specific strength & conditioning, health specialist advice or any other goal.
