1 PT Session (per week) & Unlimited Team Training
1-2-1 personal training is a service that Limitless is built on. We pride ourselves on getting to know each individual PT client and understanding their specific needs, experience and goals. We have an exceptionally experienced team of personal trainers who will use their knowledge and expertise to help you get the best from yourself.

Every PT session will be catered towards your individual goals whether that’s weight loss/gain, fat loss, building muscle, injury prevention/rehabilitation, sport specific strength & conditioning, health specialist advice or any other goal.

We have many happy and successful clients who have achieved great results engaging in our 1-to-1 personal training sessions.

Our personal training packages includes:

*1 personal training sessions each week.
*1-to-1 induction with a expert personal trainer.
*Personalised workout plan.
*Unlimited Team Training
*Regular check-ins with your personal trainer.
* Free Inbody Test every 4-6 weeks (optional)

Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training
Our Small Group Personal Training model is perfect for all ages, abilities and health and fitness goals. SGPT is increasing in popularity because you get all the benefits of working with a highly qualified personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. We limit the numbers to no more than 3 members in each session creating the ideal training environment. Limiting the number means we can focus on improving your technique, motivate you to work to your full potential and create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your training.

Small Group Personal Training has been found to be very effective the benefits include:

Motivation – Working out with like-minded people and having friendly competition against other Personal Best members.

Accountability – Having training partners that want you to come to the gym to workout increases your engagement.

Personal Attention – You’ll get quality feedback and input from our coaches that you simply don’t get in classes with large numbers.

Support/Advice – At Personal Best we’re a community and we share our successes and failures to help support others. You’re never alone.
