Beginner Drop-In Sessions
Begins on the date of the first registration. Never Expires.
If you're new to CrossFit, book a drop-in session with us and experience what a CrossFit class is like!

You can use this to drop-in on Beginner-friendly sessions wherein the coach will be able to guide beginners and first timers alongside other members in the community in a 1-hour long class.

Thursday 7:10 a.m.–8:10 a.m. / 12 p.m.–1 p.m. / 4:20 p.m.–5:20 p.m. / 6:40 p.m.–7:40 p.m.
