It focuses on functional movements that improve overall body function and mobility, rather than solely emphasizing fat loss.
The program aims to instill lasting nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset habits.
Participants will receive coaching on how to perform exercises safely and effectively in a supportive group setting, which fosters a sense of community and accountability.
The course is suitable for those who are new to fitness, as well as individuals who may feel intimidated or lack confidence in a gym environment. It also addresses lifestyle and nutrition habits outside of the gym to ensure a holistic approach to health and fitness.
By the end of the program, participants will have increased strength, confidence, and ability, setting a strong foundation for long-term fitness and well-being.
What's included in the course?

No experience is needed and all abilities are welcome to come and learn the basics at our 4-week CrossFit Beginners course!
Our fully qualified, expert coaches will break down the basic movements, so you can learn to lift safely and effectively in just 4 weeks.
What to expect
Each session will cover 3-4 main lifts/skills and then be followed by a beginner-friendly CrossFit workout, so you can put what you learn into practice.
Expect fun team games during the warm-ups and team-based workouts, so you can get a taste for working out within a friendly and supportive community.
Our Beginners Course runs at the same time every week for 4 weeks.
Not only will you get access to the course, but you’ll also get 9 class credits to take part in any timetabled classes (only available after you attend week 1 of the course).
Your continued progress doesn't stop there! Upon completion of your Beginner Course, this membership will roll into our Bronze membership (13 class credits /month)

◾Each week, you'll learn different HYROX movements followed by a beginner-friendly HYROX workout to put your new knowledge into action.
◾Led by our fully qualified and experienced coaches, to teach you the basics of HYROX safely and effectively, no matter your starting point.
◾Enjoy team games in the warm-up and partner-based workouts, giving you a real feel for the community that makes our gym so special.
◾The Beginners class runs at the same time each week for consistency and structure (Sundays 10:20am).
