This is a general induction to ensure you can use cardio machines safely and to provide you with an overview of the free weights area. This session is free to new members who have purchased a flexible, monthly or annual membership only.
This is not a personal training session and no training programme will be provided. Separate personal training sessions are available for £45 per hour.
