HYROX - BOLT ON - 10K running plan

This 12-week 10K running plan is built to make you faster, stronger, and harder to break under fatigue.  This plan costs £30 per month over a three month period and is automatically billed via direct debit or card.   

Please note that it cannot be put on hold or cancelled once purchased.  You will receive individual programming based on your current capabilities and you will be supported by our Head Coach Sasha Voronov.

Each week blends purposeful running with race-ready conditioning so you don’t just survive the runs between stations — you attack them.  You’ll build from smart aerobic volume to powerful tempo work, with progressive intervals that train speed under pressure. Every session has intent: technique, pacing, recovery and durability. The final phase layers in simulation workouts so race day feels familiar, not frightening.

Expect:

  • 3–4 runs per week

  • Steady base mileage

  • Strength and conditioning that mirrors HYROX demands

  • COMPETE sessions that pair running with sleds, carries, wall balls & burpees

  • A taper that leaves you fresh, fast and confident

This plan is for athletes who want to take their engine from “fit” to race-fit, combining endurance, grit, and precision pacing.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
