Online Intermediate Magic Circle mat class

The advanced workout is challenging! We work at a fast pace so there's no room for rest!
You must be comfortable with roll over exercises to join the class.
The Magic Circle is used in the class to deepen your connections, work your abdominals harder and give you an extra challenge in class.
It brings together your knowledge of mat and will move you through the 34 moves of Joseph Pilates. This order of exercises allows you to get stronger, more flexible deepen your core strength and stability.

As you become more familiar with the order you can take each exercise and get better every time you do it.

A great way to progress your matwork. Prepare to be challenged!

Please check in before booking if you're unsure if this class is for you. If you don't have a magic circle I recommend you buy a Pilates Mad circle. You can buy one from the Pilates Works for £22.50, please get in touch for payment and delivery.

Great you're booked in and joining us online for a mat or circle session with Pilates Works - we're excited to be able to work with you via Zoom during lockdown and beyond.

Before class please can you set up your camera so I can see you when lying down on the mat but have the camera/device angled so your neck doesn't strain to see the screen. You may want a small face towel rolled up, a head block/book/small cushion for your head, a mat or large towel, wifi and zoom!

I will demonstrate most moves on screen and will then help to guide you and correct where needed.

If you're new to class please can you make me aware of any major injury/surgery beforehand.
