Join us on our Half membership and see your fitness improve with 5 outdoor sessions per month. That’s one per week or however you choose to use them over the month. You'll also get access to up to 3 online classes per month.

Outdoor sessions involve HIIT training from our proven periodised fitness programme, guaranteed to rapidly improve your cardio, strength and muscular toning. Online classes include HIIT, weights, yoga, Pilates, mobility and boxing to give you a rounded fitness experience. Every session is led by a friendly, knowledgeable and motivated trainer - we have cherry-picked our very best trainers to lead the online classes!

It’s a monthly rolling monthly membership. We just kindly ask that you provide us with 7 days notice to freeze or cancel.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
