Mum & Baby Yoga Course

The course is designed to help you heal postnatally following birth and is suitable for 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks following a Caesarean and is suitable until baby is crawling. We focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and improving fitness slowly and safely. It includes some baby massage and exercises for both you and your baby to do together. There is also a bit of singing!
