Introducing Refresh | The ‘Flip-Flops to the Ready’ Yoga and Ayurvedic Day Retreat!

This retreat is all about ramping up your summer self-love and enjoying the season to the fullest. We're going to take you through practices straight from the ancient wisdom traditions that will help you cool off, relax and have some fun in the sun.


Mellow Out

Do you get agitated in the heat? Do you overanalyse, become more self-critical, or obsessive? We've got just the thing for you!

A yoga practice that is all about dialling down your intensity and getting into a state of relaxation. We'll be practicing some gentle asana and focusing on pacifying your pitta dosha with postures that bring spaciousness and coolness.



Summer is known for being hot and dry, but that doesn't mean you have to be!

Ayurveda and yoga are sister sciences that work together to bring you back into balance. In this retreat we will be specifically working with our sense of taste, and practicing breath techniques to help you cool your body down and up level breathing.



Summer can be a time of sun worship, but it's important to ebb and flow with the season.

We’ll show you how Yoga and Ayurveda are practices that have the potential to strengthen your choice-making muscles, so you are always able to support your state of balance and be more conscious of how your external world rocks your own internal harmony.

Summer is bursting with brightness and sharpness and your Yoga practice is there to help you embrace that natural energy. Be ready to check in with the Law of Intention and Desire to help you set your intentions for the rest of the summer and beyond.



Summer is a great season to be active and get in shape, but it's important to work at the appropriate intensity and not deplete your energy. Learn how to work skillfully with your energy body without over-accumulating the heating qualities of the season.

We can’t wait to introduce you to the Law of Least Effort and show you how to go with the flow and sail through more of life’s challenges and heated moments with grace and ease.


If you want to learn more about pranayama (breath mastery) techniques like Shitali, Bhramari, Nadi Shodhana, and Sama Vritti – you’ll want to be showing up to this one.

Breath is an amazing way we can cool off and release any built-up anger, frustration, or stress (it’s not just heat from our external world we need to take care of)!

We’ll also explain which poses to weave into your practice that work to balance your Pitta Dosha (accumulated heat and steam!).


At the end of the day, we want you to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated with a metaphorical summer tote bag full of new wisdoms and practices you can use again and again.
