Join us on this total mind/body weekend cleanse based on the principles of Ayurveda. It's time to step into healthy habits, reset your body and learn tools that will continue to support your wellbeing for life.
This weekend will be focused on releasing stress and using Ayurvedic techniques as a way to manage stress. The nature of Winter creates stress on all life. The cold, dry temperatures make it hard for life to thrive so often plants become dormant and animals hibernate at this time of year. We are not so separate from these living things, this season also puts stress on us. Plus, the climate of society right now is putting even more pressure on us this year.
This is why a cleanse for stress is the perfect solution this Winter. Learn how to manage stress through detox techniques, diet, Yoga and much more. Ayurveda helps us to create balance in all situations.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
This course includes yoga asana practices, meditation practices, journalling, meal kits and an exclusive online course with content, community and tasks to guide and support you through the weekend.
Starting on a Friday evening, you will be guided into the weekend with an introduction to the structure of the course and a tutorial on how to access and make the most of the content. You'll also enjoy being taken through a Yoga Nidra healing session and be sent off fully equipped with your meal kits and tools for the weekend!
Over the course of the weekend you'll join our morning Yoga classes (either in person or online). You'll also be equipped with guided meditations and course materials to support the programme. Everything will be available to do from home, including the Yoga classes if you wish. You'll be given all the ingredients and recipes on the Friday to make your detox meals for the weekend. However, if you want breakfast made and ready for you after your yoga practice in the studio - that's an option too.
On Monday evening we will have a get together over Zoom to round up the weekend and share our experiences with each other!

HOW TO BOOK ON
We offer two packages for this course, the RETURNERS DETOX BUNDLE and the COMPLETE DETOX BUNDLE.
The RETURNERS DETOX BUNDLE is for those who have joined a detox before and already have the kit, or for anyone who already has their own Ayurvedic cleansing tools.
The COMPLETE DETOX BUNDLE is for those who have not got any Ayurvedic equipment and therefore require the whole package.
To book the course you will need to purchase one of these bundles and then use that bundle as payment when booking the course.
