Description: 
A course aimed at complete beginners and anyone who has never practiced at Yoga Local before. The course includes a 4 week Begin course that takes you through the basics of Yoga and breathwork whilst learning Josie's teaching style. It also includes a 2 week introductory pack that is activated as soon as you complete the Begin course, allowing you to book onto an unlimited amount of classes on the regular timetable within 2 weeks. 

The Begin course takes you back to basics and builds a solid yoga foundation that’s rooted in the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This four-week progressive course walks you through everything from alignment, awareness, posture, and breathing techniques to following cues and using props. You'll get more time to reconnect with your Self and figure out where your body and mind is at. And that’s when you’ll find the confidence to consciously move into stability, strength, flexibility and balance. It's THE way to set yourself up for a regular home and studio practice.

The introductory pack allows you to freely explore all of the regularly scheduled classes within 2 weeks of completing the 4 week Begin course. The amount of classes you can book onto is unlimited in this 2 week space so it's a great opportunity to try out all of the classes and find the best fit for yourself. 

Along with this, the course will be made fully available online through our online community. After purchasing the course you'll recieve a Begin course bundle where you can practice at home using the video recordings of the class. This will always be available to you, even after the course ends, so if you miss one of the sessions or ever need to go back to basics you can access the recordings through this bundle.
