Aerial Hoop (Total Beginners)

Lyra (also known as Aerial Hoop or Circeau) is a circular steel apparatus hung at a set height. All moves are taught individually to give you the opportunity to master each technique correctly. Build confidence, strength and flexibility with specifically warm ups, strength and stretching sequences designed by an internationally accredited aerial and circus arts performer and instructor.

CLASS LEVEL:
This level is intended for students who are brand new to Lyra or are still working on getting comfortable with the equipment. Students at this level may not yet be able to invert on the apparatus without significant help from the instructor.

These classes focus on gaining familiarity and comfort with aerial equipment, as well as understanding how your body works in space. Basic moves and climbing techniques on the Lyra are taught to students at this level.

The minimum number of participants for this course is 3. If the number is not reached, classes will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Instructors will welcome students 5 minutes before the session begins.
