Static Trapeze is a core aerial discipline that builds fitness and core strength like nothing else! In this class you will learn static shapes and sequences on and around the bar. We will work on gradually getting your upper body strength back while working on connecting moves and sequences.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There are no changing rooms available in our venue, so please come ready for the session. We ask you to wear a mask when entering and leaving the venue, however, masks are not required while training. Students must wear form-fitting clothing which covers armpits and knees with no zips or metal which may damage the equipment, long hair must be tied back, bare feet, and all jewellery removed or covered.
