Aerial Hoop (Total Beginners)

Lyra (also known as Aerial Hoop or Circeau) is a circular steel apparatus hung at a set height. All moves are taught individually to give you the opportunity to master each technique correctly. Build confidence, strength and flexibility with specifically designed warm ups, strength and stretching sequences designed by an internationally accredited aerial and circus arts performer and instructor.
