Aerial Silks Mixed Level Improves/Intermediate/Advanced ( not suitable for beginners)

Whether you were amazing on Aerial fabric and you want to return to play in the air again or you are a beginner who is looking to start a new exciting activity we have something for you.

Our beginners’ silks class is ideal for building confidence in the air. You will learn basic holds and locks, as well as practicing climbing the silks and building up strength to progress to more advanced moves. Some experience in static trapeze or another aerial discipline would be an advantage but is not a necessity, and tutors are happy to support complete newcomers to aerial circus.

In our intermediate class we will work on getting our upper body strength back and refreshing the memory by gradually getting all moves back and working on sequences.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There are no changing rooms available in our venue, so please come ready for the session. We ask you to wear a mask when entering and leaving the venue, however, masks are not required while training. Students must wear form-fitting clothing which covers armpits and knees with no zips or metal which may damage the equipment, long hair must be tied back, bare feet, and all jewellery removed or covered.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Just some water!
