Aerial Silks (Improvers/Intermediate)
For those students who can climb, hiplock and invert in the air!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There are no changing rooms available in our venue, so please come ready for the session. Students must wear form-fitting clothing which covers armpits and knees with no zips or metal which may damage the equipment, long hair must be tied back, bare feet, and all jewellery removed or covered.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Just some water!
