Aerial Silks (Beginners)

For those who have already worked on the loop, gained some strength and are ready to climb!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There are no changing rooms available in our venue, so please come ready for the session. We ask you to wear a mask when entering and leaving the venue, however, masks are not required while training. Students must wear form-fitting clothing which covers armpits and knees with no zips or metal which may damage the equipment, long hair must be tied back, bare feet, and all jewellery removed or covered.
