Gymnastics Workshop
This 3hr workshop is designed to teach you how to Move Gymnastically. How to feel movement, first principles of movement & crucially how to use this day to day to both improve your Gymnastics & be more adaptable to new movement challenges that you may face.
We'll use foundational Gymnastics & traditional CrossFit Gymnastics movements to bring to the life your Gymnastics & set you up for the best progress via your CrossFit Gymnastics training.
