Cancellations - If the time comes when you need to cancel your membership you simply need to email crossfitgb.enquiries@gmail.com and this will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will then be canceled 28 days from the submission of this application providing you have completed the specified commitment period you signed up to (eg. 12 months). Failure to do so will result in further action being taken.

Freezing your membership - If you need to put your membership on freeze for any reason, this can be done for a minimum of 1 months and maximum of 3 months and will incur a £5 fee per month. Your contract will then resume once the freeze period has expired. Please note that your contract will be extended for the length of the time your membership is on freeze. If you need to put your membership on freeze for any shorter duration than this, you will need to cancel in line with the above cancellation policy and re-join on a one month membership to suit your circumstances. You may freeze your memberships a maximum of two times only during your contract.

This membership will be billed monthly and will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information.

Payments will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar day, starting on the date of purchase. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the membership will be billed on the last day of the month. Your credit card will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
