CrossFit Foundations Course

8x small group classes over 4 weeks you will learn all the necessary skills for you to complete CrossFit workouts effectively and safely. These sessions run on a Tuesday and Thursday 8-9pm under the supervision of our experienced and qualified coaches. Here you will learn the proper mechanics of the squat, dead lift, overhead press, clean and jerk, snatch, ring dip and pull up to mention but a few. Each session will include a workout so that you can put into practice what you have learned. This course will prepare you so that you can join the mainstream CrossFit classes when you have completed the course.
There are no contacts so there is no obligation to join once you have finished the course.
