DPP TrainFit 8 weeks Nutrition and Fitness

Train Fit Program (TFP) is a fusion of functional fitness at its very best. Programmed by head coach Lisa Peart it is designed to work your whole body and use all energy systems to make you fitter, faster, stronger and leaner than ever before!! People notice a difference after just 4 weeks!! It incorporates Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, med balls, Battle ropes, rig work such as pull ups and toes to bar (and many scaling options for those who can’t do this) body weight exercises such as burpees, press ups etc. We also plenty cardio equipment such as rowers, ski ergs and air dyne bikes (devils bikes as they are known by TrainFitters!) We have a safe and very quiet run route for 100m, 200metres and 400metres sprints. Tuesday’s BOX FIT classes that combines boxing with functional movements you will be guaranteed to get a sweat on!

You will have regular fit tests on the TrainFit Programme and if combined with the nutrition course, also body analysis and reviews at intervals set throughout the year.

Classes run at 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm (except no 7pm on a Friday)

Weekend TrainFit 9am Saturday, BoxFit 9:30am Sunday.

DPP Nutrition plan is a 8 week course that compliments the TrainFit exercise programme and it is split into 2 phases:

Phase 1: THE 21 DAY POT PLAN ~Tailor made to your individual needs for fat loss, performance or bulking. 21 days is No alcohol, low sugar and high protein and fibre. It helps stabilises sugar levels and helps reset BMR (this is often in crisis if you’ve had years of dieting)

It is a Macronutrient, calorie controlled nutrition plan provided in coloured portion pots to easily measure macros without the need to weigh/ track or calorie count so makes it easy and simple to do.

*Food list provided so no eating foods you dislike
*Family friendly and inexpensive to do.
*Face book support group, (search for DPP nutrition support group) with recipe ideas and and top tips.
*Email Nutrition pack with top tips and recipes
*The 21 day diary
*weekly support via email
*8 weeks Facebook support group with over 200 members to share tips, advice and recipes (small annual fee applies thereafter £10 a year)

Phase 2: Post 21 days macros are reset depending on results and goals following your 21 days and may include CARB CYCLING if necessary

Hitting all your macros ensures all you micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) are reached, this drastically improves your energy, wellbeing, work, sleep, confidence and training!!

The plan:

•High in fibre it improves bowel habits.
•Stabilises your blood sugars which in turn increase your metabolic rate

You need to book a 1-1 Appointments for an assessment we’re weight and measurements are taken, all plans are formulated to individual needs and delivered at the next DPP Nutrition seminar.

Monday 2nd March at 6pm at TrainFit Hartlepool.

Once you have finished your 21 days you return for 1-1 post measurements results and I recalculate you macros depending on the results, follow the plan and return again for final assessment at week 8.
