Ring Muscle Up
What: You want to finally be able to do a Ring Muscle Up? Or several in a row? Or do you finally want to do something about your chicken wing?
Goals: In this 4-week course, you’ll learn the technical basics and detailed progressions to take your muscle up game to the next level!
For whom: You can do a strict chest-to-bar pull-up. You can do a strict ring or box dip (without foot assistance). Suitable for people who already did a Ring Muscle-Up workshop before, too!
