Kipping Pull Ups

What: How to set up your gymnastic kip to perform a clean pull-up with a kip. And how to link them together smoothly!

 

Goals: Find access to the notorious world of the CrossFit kip!
Learn the ability to use your stronger muscle groups (hips, core) in such a way that their power is effectively transferred to your smaller muscle groups (arms). Once you have mastered the Kipping Pull-Up, the door is wide open to the world of the next most difficult skills!

 

 For whom: Anyone who can hang from a bar for at least 20 seconds. A strict pull-up is recommended but not a prerequisite!
