Level 3 Pole Fitness - Saturday 9:30am

This next 5 week course is a continuation from our Level 1 and 2 Pole Fitness Courses.
To join this class you must have completed both the previous levels or had equivalent private tuition with us

As part of this fun course you will learn even more flowing transitions around the pole, spins and strength holds. We will now be exploring climbing the pole and working towards going upside down. This energetic class is a full body workout!

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Saturday 27th May 2023 at 9:30am
This course will then run every Saturday at 9:30am for six consecutive weeks.
Please note: All level 3 and above courses are 6 weeks in duration

Lesson 1: Saturday 27th May 2023 - 9:30am
Lesson 2: Saturday 3rd June 2023 - 9:30am
Lesson 3: Saturday 10th June 2023 - 9:30am
Lesson 4: Saturday 17th June 2023 - 9:30am
Lesson 5: Saturday 24th June 2023 - 9:30am
Lesson 6: Saturday 1st July 2023 - 9:30am

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Course Cost: £60
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
