Level 4 Aerial Silks - Saturday 10:45am

To join this class you must have completed our previous courses or had equivalent private tuition with us. If you are unsure, please contact us for authorisation to join this course.

Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming. You will learn a variety of new dynamic tricks and transitions using the circus inspired silks / ribbon apparatus. As part of this next course, you will begin to explore more new tricks and combinations of moves.

This course is the perfect opportunity to increase your upper body strength, improve your fitness and meet some new friends along the way. Our friendly classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8 participants for this class.

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: Please wear leggings which cover the back of the knee and a long sleeved top.
No jewellery please.
