Level 4 Aerial Hoop - Tuesday 6:00pm

This next 6 week course is a continuation from our Level 1 - 3 hoop courses.
To join this class you must have completed the Level 1, 2 & 3 courses, or have had the equivalent in private lessons with us.

Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming. You will learn a variety of new dynamic tricks and transitions using the circus inspired hoop apparatus.As part of this Level 4 course, you will begin to explore more new tricks and combinations of moves.

This course is the perfect opportunity to increase your upper body strength, improve your fitness and meet some new friends along the way. Our friendly classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8 participants for this class. 

Course starts: Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at 6:00pm
This course will then run every Tuesday for FIVE consecutive weeks.
(we are running this as a 5-week course because of Christmas dates)

Lesson 1: Tuesday 22nd November - 6:00pm
Lesson 2: Tuesday 29th November 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 3: Tuesday 6th December 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 4: Tuesday 13th December 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 5: Tuesday 20th December 2022 - 6:00pm

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: Please wear leggings which cover the back of the knee. 

Course Cost: £50 - for 5 weeks
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
