Introduction to Pole Fitness - 5 Week Course - Wednesday 6:00pm
This 5 week introduction course will teach you the fundamentals of Pole Fitness.
This course is designed for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS!
There is no experience needed and no minimum fitness level required to attend! Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.
As part of this fun course you will learn some flowing transitions around the pole, spins, strength holds and towards the end of the course we explore climbing the pole! This energetic class is a full body workout!
Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.
Course starts: Wednesday 29th June at 6:00pm
This course will then run every Wednesday at 6:00pm for five consecutive weeks.
Lesson 1: Wednesday 29th June 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 2: Wednesday 6th July 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 3: Wednesday 13th July 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 4: Wednesday 20th July 2022 - 6:00pm
Lesson 5: Wednesday 27th July 2022 - 6:00pm
We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.
Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole! We work in barefeet or socks. Please remove any hoops, dangling jewellery and rings.
Course Cost: £49
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
