Stretch Motion - Sunday 10:30am

This full body dynamic stretch course is designed for those who are looking to take their flexibility training to the next level and see some significant improvements along the way.
We will work towards better alignment, range of motion and all round flexibility. This course will teach you how to safely stretch in the most effective way possible. We will explore a lot of dynamic movements, to achieve the best results and improvements.

Whether you can not yet touch your toes or you are comfortable in a split, this course welcomes all levels. There is absolutely no minimum flexibility level required to join this course - just a willingness to learn and improve. Each participant takes things at their own level and pace. There are easier variations and harder progressions for any movement, dependent on your flexibility level. We just ask that you give it your 'all', even when things get tough.

This is a dynamic stretch course incorporating movement so can help improve core stability, balance and strength along the way.

This course is particularly ideal for anybody who takes part in an aerial skill with us such as Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop or Aerial Silks; and wants to see improvements to their flexibility and mobility in tricks. Please note: You do not need to partake in any aerial skill, to participate in this course.

Lisa is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 10 years of PT experience, as well as many other instructor qualifications including advanced stretching and various aerial related disciplines. These groups are run in a semi private environment, to be able to offer a tailored experience. This is not your typical gym class, where you are lost in a group of 20. This is a personalised experience, working towards your goals, with a fully qualified and experienced PT. You will learn a lot along the way and each exercise will be explained in detail, to explain how and why. Please let us know your goals and we will help you work towards them!
