Level 4 Pole Fitness - Saturday 10:45am
Our Level 4 course is ideal for those who have attended our Level 1, 2 and 3 courses or had the equivalent of private lessons with us.
Please do not join this course unless you have met the above pre-requisites or have been given prior authorisation by an Elements Studio instructor.
You will learn more flowing transitions around the pole, continue combining spins, strength holds and will now be working towards inverting on the pole.
Course starts: Saturday 10th April at 10:45am
This course will then run every Saturday at 10:45am for SIX consecutive weeks.
Please note: Level 3 onwards are in blocks of 6 lessons.

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.
Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not wear moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!
Course Cost: £60
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
All bookings final. No refunds under any circumstances.
