Intermediate Pole Fitness

This class is suitable for members who are able to invert upside down on the pole and are gaining more confidence in arm only tricks such as extended butterfly. Members in this class are confident climbing and executing tricks such as hangback. Members will be working towards tricks such as jade split, shoulder mount and more advanced combinations of tricks.

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without pole experience, regardless of fitness level. 

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you unregister your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time, forfeit the registration fee.

There is an 8 person participant maximum for this class.
Social distancing will still be in place whenever possible.
