Stretch & Flexibility

Let's get back on track with our flexibility goals and get stretching again!
Join us for our 5 week Stretch & Flexibility course, for all levels.

These 60 minute sessions will teach you how to safely stretch to improve your mobility, range of motion and flexibility. Using a variety of different stretching techniques and equipment - we can help you work towards your flexibility goals. We will also cover strengthening exercises to compliment your stretch training.

There is absolutely no minimum flexibility requirement or fitness level to be able to join this class. You take things at your own pace, in your own time.

Course starts: Sunday 30th January 2022 at 10:30am
This course will then run every Sunday for five consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Sunday 30th January 2022 - 10:30am
Lesson 2: Sunday 6th February 2022 - 10:30am
Lesson 3: Sunday 13th February 2022 - 10:30am
Lesson 4: Sunday 20th February 2022 - 10:30am
Lesson 5: Sunday 27th February 2022 - 10:30am

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you unregister your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

We want to keep these sessions small and personable, so we are limiting these sessions to just 8 participants. 
This gives you more 1:1 time with your instructor and the space to stretch and move freely.
