Level 3 Pole Fitness

Our Level 3 course is ideal for those who have attended our Level 1 and 2 courses or have had a few private lessons with us. 

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without pole experience, regardless of fitness level. 

As part of this Level 3 course, you will learn more flowing transitions around the pole, continue combining spins, strength holds and will now be working towards inverting on the pole.

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Thursday 6th January at 7:00pm
This course will then run every Thursday at 7:00pm for SIX consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Thursday 6th January 2022 - 7:00pm
Lesson 2: Thursday 13th January 2022 - 7:00pm
Lesson 3: Thursday 20th January 2022 - 7:00pm
Lesson 4: Thursday 27th January 2022 - 7:00pm
Lesson 5: Thursday 3rd February 2022 - 7:00pm
Lesson 6: Thursday 10th February 2022 - 7:00pm

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you unregister your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not wear moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.
