Pole Fitness - Level 2

Our Level 2 course is ideal for those who have attended our Introduction to Pole course, a similar course or have had a couple of private lessons with us.

You will learn more flowing transitions around the pole, start combining spins, strength holds and will be working towards climbing the pole!

Course starts: Thursday 25th November at 7:00pm
This course will then run every Thursday at 7:00pm for five consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Thursday 25th November
Lesson 2: Thursday 2nd December
Lesson 3: Thursday 9th December
Lesson 4: Thursday 16th December
Lesson 5: Thursday 23rd December

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not wear moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
