Stretch & Flexibility

Let's get back on track with our flexibility goals - and get stretching again!

Join us for our Sunday 10:30am stretch class with our instructor, Abi.
These sessions will be run 'every other Sunday' across four weeks and the dates are as follows:

Sunday 24th October
Sunday 7th November
Sunday 21st November
Sunday 5th December

These 60 minute sessions will teach you how to safely stretch to improve your mobility, range of motion and flexibility. Using a variety of different stretching techniques and equipment - we can help you work towards your flexibility goals. We will also cover strengthening exercises to compliment your stretch training.

You do not have to be flexible to join. There is absolutely no minimum flexibility requirement or fitness level to be able to join this class. You take things at your own pace, in your own time.

We want to keep these sessions small and personable, so we are limiting these sessions to just 6 participants. 
This gives you more 1:1 time with your instructor and the space to stretch and move freely - and be socially distanced.
