Beginner / Intermediate Pole Fitness

This class is suitable for students who are looking to return to lessons after a break or are beginner+ level. Participants will already be able to climb and sit comfortably on the pole and will be working towards or already able to invert .This class will cover core moves, forearm/handstands and spins to enable students to build strength to be able to invert and combine moves together.

There is an 8 person participant maximum for this class. Social distancing will still be in place whenever possible.
