Introduction to Aerial Hoop - 4 Week Course - Friday 6:15pm

Join us for our 'Introduction to Aerial Hoop' course. This four week course will teach you the fundamentals of Aerial Hoop and will cover a variety of tricks and transitions using the hoop apparatus.

This class is the perfect opportunity to increase your upper body strength, improve your fitness and meet some new friends along the way. Our friendly classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 9 participants for this class.

You will attend a 1 hour session every Friday at 6:15pm, starting 31st January 2020
