Introduction to Pole Fitness - 4 Week Course - Saturday 11:45am

This 4 week Introduction to Pole Fitness Course will teach you the fundamentals of Pole Fitness. You will learn some flowing transitions around the pole, spins, strength holds and towards the end of the course we explore climbing the pole!

This course is designed for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS! No experience needed and there is no minimum fitness level required to attend! Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.

Pole is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not wear moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!
