Are you ready to make 2020 your most flexible year yet?

Due to popular demand, our weekend stretch classes with Lisa have returned! These sessions will be run as full 60 minute classes and will teach you how to safely stretch to improve your mobility, range of motion and flexibility.
Using a variety of different stretching techniques and equipment - we can help you work towards your 2020 flexibility goals. We will also cover strengthening exercises to compliment your stretch training.

You do not have to be flexible to join. There is absolutely no minimum flexibility or fitness level required for this class. You take things at your own pace, in your own time
This class is a friendly group of people, who are looking to do something a bit different and want to be more flexible for 2020.

*** Spaces are even more limited this year. We are operating these classes as smaller groups than before, to give you more space to really stretch out, relax and of course have more 1:1 time with your instructor Lisa. ***
