Introduction to Pole Fitness - for 6-10 year olds

Level 2 pole for 10-15 year olds

As part of our Pole Fitness for children, we will cover a range of spins, tricks and gymnastics moves using the pole as apparatus. We encourage our participants to wear shorts to be able to grip as best as possible on the pole. The back of the knee must be exposed for certain moves and thigh grip is required as the course progresses.

If your child has any health, medical or learning needs you feel we should be aware of, please let us know before the course begins. We are an all inclusive studio and will accomodate any request when possible, however big or small. We want to create the best learning environment possible. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the class, although we are limited for space.

This course will be run by our fully qualified and insured instructor Michelle who is mum to her 10 year old boy Ethan and volunteers at his school reading to children in the younger years. Your children are in safe, kind and caring hands with Michelle.

HOW TO BOOK --- You will need to register a free account with us to add your children to this session. Once you have registered, to add a child to the course, follow these simple steps:

Go to the GoTeamup dashboard
Click on: My Account
Click on: Account Type - select family
Click on: Add a managed account
You will then be able to set up your childs account. You only need to do this once and you will be able to register them for all future classes and courses. Please make sure you sign them up to course.
