Pole Fitness isn’t your average workout, it’s an incredibly fun and empowering way to build strength, improve your fitness and boost your mood. Combining gymnastics, dance, and strength training, every class will have you moving and spinning around the pole, as you discover the awesome things your body can do.

All our Introduction courses at Elements are fun, friendly and totally beginner-friendly. These sessions are the perfect place to build your strength, boost your confidence and have loads of fun. You don't need any previous experience to join, just come as you are and get ready to have a great time with us!
Throughout the course, you’ll learn flowing transitions, spins, and strength holds and by the final few sessions, you’ll even start climbing the pole! It’s a full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, proud and unstoppable. 💪
With small class sizes of only up to 8 participants, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one attention from your instructor, loads of encouragement, and you will meet a supportive group of people, who feel like instant friends. Everyone cheers each other on during our classes, so it’s impossible not to leave smiling! 😄

🌈 Who can join?
At Elements Studio, everyone is truly welcome. That’s not something we just say - it's something we really truly mean. It doesn’t matter your age, shape, size, or background; you’re always welcome with us. Our supportive instructors and friendly community will make you feel comfortable, confident and included from the moment you step through the door.
For our adult classes, the only requirement we have is that you’re aged 16 years or older, and that’s it. There’s absolutely no upper age limit. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or just looking for a fresh, fun challenge, everyone’s welcome to give it a go! Our classes are all about helping you feel comfortable, confident and proud of what your body can do, no matter where you’re starting from.

🩷 What to wear and bring:
We ask that you wear thigh-length shorts if possible, as you will be able to get a better grip on the pole, which will make moves easier to achieve. However, if you’re not yet confident wearing shorter shorts, please don’t let that stop you from starting! You can wear above-the-knee shorts to begin with and switch to shorter ones once you feel more comfortable - it’s all about taking things at your own pace ✨
It’s also really important to avoid using moisturiser or fake tan for at least 24 hours before class, as either of these can make gripping the pole difficult. This rule is all about keeping you and your classmates safe as a slippery pole isn’t safe (or fun!) for anyone! So, please save the gorgeous glow and luxurious lotions for after class - you’ll have earned them! 💅
Please tie long hair up so it doesn't get in your way and please remove any rings before class, as they can scratch and damage the chrome on our lovely poles. We also ask that you remove any dangly jewellery, like necklaces or hoop earrings, we don’t want anything catching while you spin. Thanks for helping us look after both you and our lovely shiny poles!
No need to pack a gym bag, just bring a bottle of water with you and we have everything else covered!

Class Size: Maximum of 8 participants
With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll enjoy plenty of personal attention and room to focus on your own progress. Smaller class sizes mean our instructors can provide individual feedback, hands-on guidance, and tailored progressions to suit your experience level. You’ll also have time to practice moves with confidence, build connections with your classmates, and benefit from a supportive, team-like atmosphere where everyone’s progress is noticed and celebrated.

✨ What happens next?
Once you've completed our Introduction course, it's then time to level up (literally!) with our Level 2 course. You’ll learn even more fun tricks, spins and sequences that build on everything you’ve already mastered. Get ready to challenge yourself, laugh a lot, and feel stronger and more confident with every spin! 💪✨
