To join this class, you must have completed our previous Pole Fitness courses or had equivalent private lessons with us. Alternatively, if you have received an invitation from one of the Elements team, you’re ready to go!

Start Date: Wednesday 15th October 2025
Duration: 6 weeks (weekly sessions)

Time: 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Lesson Schedule:

Cost: £60 for whole course

£10 deposit payable online
£50 remaining balance payable in person at the first session

Class Size: Maximum of 8 participants

With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll enjoy plenty of personal attention and room to focus on your own progress. Smaller class sizes mean our instructors can provide individual feedback, hands-on guidance, and tailored progressions to suit your experience level. You’ll also have time to practice moves with confidence, build connections with your classmates, and benefit from a supportive, team-like atmosphere where everyone’s progress is noticed and celebrated.

Refund Policy: All bookings are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Your space is reserved for the full duration of the course.

At Elements Studio, everyone is truly welcome. That’s not something we just say - it's something we really truly mean. It doesn’t matter your age, shape, size, or background; you’re always welcome with us. Our supportive instructors and friendly community will make you feel comfortable, confident and included from the moment you step through the door.

For our adult classes, the only requirement we have is that you’re aged 16 years or older, and that’s it. There’s absolutely no upper age limit. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or just looking for a fresh, fun challenge, everyone’s welcome to give it a go! Our classes are all about helping you feel comfortable, confident and proud of what your body can do, no matter where you’re starting from.

🩵  What to expect from a class


Pole Fitness is a fantastic alternative to traditional exercise classes! It’s a fun and empowering way to build strength, improve fitness, and tone your entire body. But of course, if you’re joining us at this level, you already know that!

Our sessions combine elements of gymnastics, strength training, and dance to help you progress safely and confidently through our levels. You’ll build both upper and lower body strength while improving coordination, balance, and flexibility. Each class focuses on developing proper technique and body awareness, allowing you to master new spins, transitions, and combinations with control and style. As you advance, you’ll notice not only physical improvements but also a boost in confidence and your own self belief.

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, regardless of age, body type, or background. Whether you’re continuing your pole journey or returning after a break, our instructors are here to guide you at your own pace, celebrate your progress, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

🩷  What to wear and bring:

We ask that you wear thigh-length shorts if possible, as you will be able to get a better grip on the pole, which will make moves easier to achieve. However, if you’re not yet confident wearing shorter shorts, please don’t let that stop you from coming along! You can wear above-the-knee shorts to begin with and switch to shorter ones once you feel more comfortable - it’s all about taking things at your own pace. The only thing to consider is that this will potentially restrict you from participating in some thigh grip moves.

It’s also really important to avoid using moisturiser or fake tan for at least 24 hours before class, as either of these can make gripping the pole difficult. This rule is all about keeping you and your classmates safe as a slippery pole isn’t safe (or fun!) for anyone! So, please save the gorgeous glow and luxurious lotions for after class - you’ll have earned them! ✨

Please take off any rings before class, as they can scratch and damage the chrome on our lovely poles. We also ask that you remove any dangly jewellery, like necklaces or hoop earrings, we don’t want anything catching while you are up the pole. Thanks for helping us look after both you and our lovely shiny poles!

No need to pack a gym bag, just bring a bottle of water with you and we have everything else covered!
