Aerial Hoop isn’t your average workout, it’s an exciting, uplifting way to build strength, improve your fitness and boost your mood. Combining gymnastics, dance and strength training, every class will have you lifting, spinning, and flowing through the air as you discover just how incredible your body truly is.

All our Introduction courses at Elements are fun, friendly, and totally beginner-friendly. These sessions are the perfect place to build your strength, boost your confidence and have loads of fun. You don’t need any previous experience to join, just come as you are and get ready to surprise yourself with what you can achieve!

Throughout the course, you’ll learn tricks, poses, transitions and graceful spins in and around the hoop. By the final few sessions, you’ll feel stronger and more confident moving through the air. It’s a full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, proud, and unstoppable

With small class sizes of only up to 8 participants, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one attention from your instructor, loads of encouragement, and you will meet a supportive group of people, who feel like instant friends. Everyone cheers each other on during our classes, so it’s impossible not to leave smiling! ðŸ˜„

🌈  Who can join?

At Elements Studio, everyone is truly welcome. That’s not something we just say - it's something we really truly mean. It doesn’t matter your age, shape, size, or background; you’re always welcome with us. Our supportive instructors and friendly community will make you feel comfortable, confident and included from the moment you step through the door.

For our adult classes, the only requirement we have is that you’re aged 16 years or older, and that’s it. There’s absolutely no upper age limit. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or just looking for a fresh, fun challenge, everyone’s welcome to give it a go! Our classes are all about helping you feel comfortable, confident and proud of what your body can do, no matter where you’re starting from.

🩷  What to wear and bring:

We recommend wearing leggings, as this will protect the back of your knees while on the hoop. Most people prefer to wear a top which covers their lower back and socks too.

Please tie long hair back and remove any rings before class. We also ask that you remove any dangly jewellery, like necklaces or hoop earrings, we don’t want anything catching while you spin.

No need to pack a gym bag, just bring a bottle of water with you and we have everything else covered!

Class Size: Maximum of 8 participants

With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll enjoy plenty of personal attention and room to focus on your own progress. Smaller class sizes mean our instructors can provide individual feedback, hands-on guidance, and tailored progressions to suit your experience level. You’ll also have time to practice moves with confidence, build connections with your classmates, and benefit from a supportive, team-like atmosphere where everyone’s progress is noticed and celebrated.

✨  What happens next?

Once you've completed our Introduction course, it's then time to level up (literally!) with our Level 2 course. You’ll learn even more fun tricks, spins and sequences that build on everything you’ve already mastered. Get ready to challenge yourself, laugh a lot and feel stronger and more confident with every new move you learn on the hoop 💪✨
