Intermediate Pole Fitness - Thursday 6:00pm - Term 3

To join this course you must have completed the previous levels or have had the equivalent amount of tuition via private lessons with us. Please note, these sessions are absolutely not suitable for beginners, regardless of fitness ability. Please speak to us before joining, if you are unsure about your level

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Thursday 3rd April 2025 at 6:00pm
This course will then run every Thursday at 6:00pm for six consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Thursday 3rd April 2025 - 6:00pm
Lesson 2: Thursday 10th April 2025 - 6:00pm
Lesson 3: Thursday 17th April 2025 - 6:00pm
Lesson 4: Thursday 24th April 2025 - 6:00pm
Lesson 5: Thursday 1st May 2025 - 6:00pm
Lesson 6: Thursday 8th May 2025 - 6:00pm

Dress code: Shorts with a sleeveless or short sleeved top. Barefoot or socks.
Please remove all jewellery prior to the session beginning.
Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan at least 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Course Cost: £60
(Please note: £10 is a deposit payable online. Remaining £50 directly to Michelle please)
