Intermediate Pole Fitness - Term 3 - Wednesday 7:15pm
To join this course you must have completed the previous levels or have had equivalent private lessons with us. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss before registering.
Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.
Course starts: Wednesday 2nd April 2025 at 7:15pm
This course will then run every Wednesday at 7:15pm for six consecutive weeks
Lesson 1: Wednesday 2nd April 2025 - 7:15pm
Lesson 2: Wednesday 9th April 2025 - 7:15pm
Lesson 3: Wednesday 16th April 2025 - 7:15pm
Lesson 4: Wednesday 23rd April 2025 - 7:15pm
Lesson 5: Wednesday 30th April 2025 - 7:15pm
Lesson 6: Wednesday 7th May 2025 - 7:15pm
Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!
Course Cost: £60
Please note: The £10 is a deposit. The remaining £50 is payable at the first session of the course.
Maximum of 8 participants per class.

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.
