Level 4 Pole Fitness - Wednesday 8:30pm

To join this class you must have completed the Level 1, 2, and 3 or have had equivalent in private lessons with us

As part of this fun course you will learn even more flowing transitions around the pole, spins and strength holds. We will now be exploring climbing the pole and working towards going upside down. This energetic class is a full body workout!

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 8:30pm
This course will then run every Wednesday at 8:30pm for six consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Wednesday 1st May 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 2: Wednesday 8th May 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 3: Wednesday 15th May 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 4: Wednesday 22nd May 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 5: Wednesday 29th May 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 6: Wednesday 5th June 2024 - 8:30pm

We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Course Cost: £60
